Heather Kellams, PACEM’s Women’s Case Manager, joined Kristin Breen, our Communications Committee Chair, on WCHV’s Joe Thomas in-the-morning show to talk about how their $25,000 grant in our 2019 grant cycle has impacted PACEM. These funds were used to hire Heather to serve the homeless women in our community, as women’s needs are often more complex and are under-served by current resources.
